Pull ups/sit ups

Guys, I'm terrible at pull up and sit ups. I have no stomach/arm power. How do I start to improve these things? Thanks!

Try doing push ups on your knees your shoulder and chest muscles grow. Also do low weight dumbles for biceps and then slowly increase the weights
