Oatmeal, bran flakes with 1% milk, wheat bagels with low or no fat cream cheese, fresh fruits, low fat Greek yogurt.

Oh yes can't forget the eggs. Lots of amino acids and protein. But if you're trying to lose weight then try eating egg whites.
