I've posted a few times already. Sorry.
I started eating better and exercising, I lost 12 lbs right away. For the past three weeks I have lost nothing. I've come to you guys for support, and I've also googled weight loss plateaus.
I'm doing everything right. I swear to god. I'm counting my calories, I'm working out 4-5 days a week, I change up my workouts and add intensity or length regularly. I'm avoiding junk food and soda.
This is week 3 that my scale hasn't budged. You guys told me to go by measurements instead, so the last two weeks I measured myself as well. My waist went up half an inch.
I am so desperate and so discouraged. I can't stop crying. Why is this not working?
