I'm just starting to go to gym, but every time I walk inside to workout I feel like a massive idiot and want to leave. Any ideas on how I can get over it?

Everyone that first started going to the gym felt a little like you. It's hard to not feel intimidated but everyone has insecurities & that's why they made that decision to go to the gym to make themselves feel better about themselves (fitness&health). Keep positive :)

Use the energy of feeling like an idiot to workout as hard as you can, you will soon realise that its the opposite! When the gym 'click' group are seeing your results over their own :-)

Hi,You need to write down the reasons why you go to the gym,what you want your goals to be.I joined a boot camp feelin like the most unfit person but on complete the course so much better,take it slow at first and work up,confidence will come x
