I've lost about 25 lbs. Ive been eating 1500 calories a day and working out. I've started eating around 1800 a day to burn the last few lbs and build muscle. I'm wondering if its ok to have more carbs fat and sugar now that I'm not trying to loose much more. I don't want to loose muscle. Does anyone have advice at keeping weight off? And is it ok to have pizza and fried foods?
