I am working on getting back into shape after having my three sons, and I want to be well toned but don't want to really bulk up. Suggestions?
Hi! I would suggest doing high intensity workouts but involve weights to help strengthen muscle and burn more fat. You dont have to do them for a long time, just frequently enough to make the changes you want. You can even do it for 10/20mins while your kids are asleep
This way you wont get boulder shoulders but you will get into shape and have a nice toned physique x
