Idk how to keep all of my workouts in count all the calories that i just burn off .

I think there's an app for that but diff from this app . I just do it till I sweat my bahind of and I can't go no more hoping I burn tons of calories

I use my heart rate monitor When working out with this app

There's an option in this app that it will show how many calories you just burned. Then enter that manually in the MyFitnessPal app.

I use that app . But the workouts aint coming up on the daily exercise
