i need to stay consisten wit workin out . need followers to help keep me on trac i find myself skippin days.

Everyday or other day .. routine like going to work...You cant get out of that.  Think of your workout routine as the same..

Big guys can stand up to anyone, never back down, but they cant displine themselves thats what you need.. When your mind says nahhh you answer that with do it every time!  Your mind will soon stop telling no or stop.
