I was just in tulsa for the week for work and only worked out once. Bleh. I hate traveling when there are no good gyms nearby. Need to hit it hard this weekend and next week. Anyone else have the same issues.
Hotel gyms usually suck. All I can do when I travel is body weight workouts and cardio. But I make sure to hit my whole body hard the day before I leave and the day I return as well.
Im a freelance groom and travel the UK... I just do bodyweight stuff until I get home...
