Is it ok for women to drink whey after work out protein will it help me get lean and tone or what will it do for me?
Unless you are looking for muscle gains I don't think whey is for you but it could definitely make sores go away pretty quickly and if you incorporate it in your diet without raising the daily recommended protein intake for you it shouldn't be a problem with bulking up.. pardon my poor grammar I am sleep deprived
Whey protein supports lean muscle mass. It can help you get toned. Or it could help you lose weight if using as a meal replacement.
