So, I have some vices that I need to get over to be successful. Mine include:
Nicotine, quit while pregnant with both my kids and ended up smoking again due to stress, and social drinking.
Caffeine, especially red bulls and energy drinks
Carbs, breads, pastas, etc.
Fats, oils and and butter
Anyone have suggestions on how to help me kick them or reduce my intake and what are some of yours and how did you overcome them?

I've been cutting out booze as well. If i don't miss a workout during the week I award myself one drink. This has helped me. When I get home from work I use to have a drink to relax, I now instead brew some tea and that has been helping me relax after a stressful day.
