What kinds of food/exercises will help burn stomach fat faster?

Cardio for sure. Stay away from soda and carbs. Lots of veggies help and yoga and core exercises have really helped me. I still have a long way to go but I'm getting there.

When it comes to fat you can't do spot training the body losses fat overall not just from a specific area. Cardio jogging/walking or hiit are recommended for fat loss, create a calorie deficit of about 500 every day and you'll be loosing a pound of fat every week.. Make sure to have a high carb day in there somewhere and take a high protein clean diet
