Prepping for first boxing amateur competition
Hello to whom ever reading this, just wanted to get any words of wisdom from anyone to help me be ready for my first competition in boxing wheather its workouts , tips , or nutrition . Anything really helps im very openminded thanks ( :
Increase speed and endurance with everyday Aerobics. Eat vegetable carbs and keep a low fat eating habit.
