Hi every time i try to start a diet i start great the first couple of weeks but then i keep loosing motivation gradually until i stop.
How do i keep going ?
Add some cheat foods as a part of your diet the ones you really crave never deny yourself anything just ask before eating it is this worth it and reward your self when you accomplish a small goal set by yourself read benifits of being healthy and clean eating.. hope this helps.. pardon my poor grammar
Think that u r eating regular food, not a temporary diet... n enjoy one day a week.whatever u want, pizza, chocolate cake, whatever!!
