Hey everybody, I'm 16, 5 Foot 9, 152 pounds and I'm looking to gain muscle on my upper body and arms, and I want a 6 pack. I have a high metabolism but want to achieve a bulky upper body and a defined lower. Any help guys? I also eat a lot of protein, and am going to start taking creatine.
Careful with creatine at your age!
I am eating clean with sweet potatoes and meat (goat) go for whey protein before you go for creatine I'd say up your calorie intake to 2500 or 3000 and kill it at the gym
