So I haven't worked out in over a month and I'm sick of making excuses... anybody have good advice where to start up again? I feel so lost...
Dont think about it just do it and push harder this time...
How bad do you want it?
Start with something simple. It will motivate you to do more. Try squats maybe?
The only bad workout is the one you never start !
Pick one and do it
You may be experiencing paralysis by over analysis. Just pick up where you left off. Don't push yourself too hard if you're rusty.
There is no "best place to start." Just go. Go for a walk in the morning or do some pushups before bed.
Just start doing something - anything, no matter how small or simple - and before you know it you'll find your groove again :)
