I need help with workout motivation

I don't know where to start and I am a big guy I am also only 18

Build a habit of exercising every day, even 5 minutes if you don't feel like working out. After a week or two of this you're gonna feel out of place if you haven't worked out on a given day.

Try starting small, workout during commercials if you watch t.v., or just five minutes in the morning when you first get up. Before you know it that will be easy and you can start adding!! You can do it!!
