I have some problem about my weight before I was so skinny and even after giving birth I gain so much weight ..any tips to gain back that slim body again?tnx

Stay 1200 to 1500 calories a day green tea drink 3 to 5 glass a day. And run are walk 3 to 4 days a week if you go on a treadmill at least 2.5 incline. ;) hope this helps

My wife cut out all sodas and started pushing my son in the stroller during the morning time around 7am then during the afternoon pulled out the jogging stroller and ran the block a few times one month later weighes herself and lost 6 and a half pounds :)

Good advice about caloric intake and workouts.  Download the My Fitness Pal app and you can easily keep track of your goals.  I'm 47 and in the best shape of my life.  2 kids and a granddaughter.  Just keep active, do something  you love.  I hike my local beach trails and take long beach walks.  Finding something you love helps the mundane of the gym.  Good luck Hun!
