I had back surgery a few months ago from broken discs. I'm 24 and kind of feeling down because I can't really move in all the ways I used to. please encourage me! Also if you have any suggestions on good exercises and stretches. I'm new at this and would appreciate the feedback
You should sit this out. Maybe heal a little. Plus, what is your fitness goals? Lose weight or build muscle?
Either way, relax and take it easy. Baby steps.
