Workouts to trim the inches...
I'm not in terrible shape, but I do need to lose 1-2" from my chest waist and hips and QUICKLY too... November 22 to be exact. I am focusing on cardio for weight loss, need to lose about 10 lbs, and then doing tone in those areas. Which workouts on here did you like and feel the burn for those purposes? I'll give your ideas a try. ♡
