Workouts to trim the inches...

Hey guys,

I'm not in terrible shape, but I do need to lose 1-2" from my chest waist and hips and QUICKLY too... November 22 to be exact. I am focusing on cardio for weight loss, need to lose about 10 lbs, and then doing tone in those areas. Which workouts on here did you like and feel the burn for those purposes? I'll give your ideas a try. ♡

Cardio and uptempo exercises will be the best. Also lowering your carbs. I think you look great on your pic but of you want to cut weight pretty fast eating fewer carbs will help.

Thanks Jason. I have gained a little weight since that photo but I don't think anyone but me would notice that. I think it is mainly toning up and just a few lbs to lose. Great advice!
