Ugh slacking off! On exercises, but running everyday.
Wat r some good ways to stay on track??

Usually watching workout videos before I workout motivates me, hope it can help motivate you

I'd say planks. Workout videos are indeed a good idea too. Check out xhit on youtube :) Great floor mat exercises. Usually only 10mins each.

Yeah. I did one that was 15. All abs and muscle exercises. Thanks :) video do help
