Whats the best way to lose weight quickly,Im all for being healthy,but so busy dont seem to fit in the exercise I need to do,Im thinking of doing shakes although they tend to make me tired,some take alot of vitamins but I dont,wonder if its worth it
Well, running can work your entire body...
You could just severely restrict your calories. Don't go below 1000 calories, and you'll want to do some exercise too so you don't lose muscle mass. And do NOT make it a longterm thing.
It's not the healthiest way, but hey, the sacrifices we make for art, right?
