I am 117 lbs 5'3 tall. I just really want to lose some weight. I have been working out alot almost everyday, drinking water, taking vitamins but i dont follow an eating plan...
I want to lose weight before this summer starts..i want to at least lose 10 pounds!!
No i do not think diet pills are the way because it can be harmful, deadly, and unhealthy.
So what are some What is a good diet plan for a few months to lose weight while i do my workouts??
Eat alot of fruits
Cut refined carbs. Drink only water.
You need to eat 5 times a day,protien like fish,chicken,I find alot of juices help flush your system,green juices,alo vera juice,lots of stir frys,soups,salads,eat as much good stuff as u can,dont focus on weight,focus on building lean muscle,bein stronger and leaner,dont deny a cheat day,where u eat just what u like,say pancakes or ice cream as we all need day off,
Simply just start doing some of these workouts !!!
I lost 40 pounds in 3 or so weeks about 4 months ago, try to workout in mornings with empty stomach, find some soccer exercises and do the ones u can.
Do it till you can't and continue your daily workout routine cus this is an add-on
And eat rocks
