My goal too. Although gaining weights proving hard. But regular meals of proteins, good carbs and veg. With loads of fresh fruits and water. Im snacking on tins of tuna, peanut butter, almonds and low fat greek yoghurt. Also have to lift heavy weights to increase muscle. Maybe try having a protein shake once a day too.
