What is the rule of drinking water between ur workinh out
Last day i drank half glass n later wont b able to workout with same intensity
You should be drinking plenty of water all the time so when you do your workouts you only need to sip to wet your mouth/throat that is all that is needed.
You will not dehydrate in an hour or so of intense working out.
Taking on to much water slows you down due to weight, due to the sploshing in your stomach and due to your stomach processing it which actually burns cals and increases your blood pressure.
After wards drink plenty and keep the habbit.
