I currently work full time and taking a full 15 hour college course load. I can barely squeeze in time for exercise. This is where I've found this app to be most helpful. There's an exercise that can be modified for every scenario. Time constraint is one of my major faults. So glad I have this app and awesome peeps in this community. Feel free to follow me.
