Start with the basics-with reference to exercise, just do some! Make it part of your routine, and let everyone know you're doing it-then peer pressure will come into play.
If you're wanting to lose weight and bulk up make sure you're getting lots of protein, and just focus on healthy eating-it's easier to keep up than a 'diet' (speaking from experience!).
