I'd like to increase my butt size but don't know any good work outs or good food to eat to help any ideas and yes I know squats are my best friend

I can recommend BUBBLE & Hump Training Day... Both of these workouts will get you results, Jalisa.

I think I'll try those above mentioned work outs as well soon since my butt needs some toning up. No need to increase but get some work out. With which of the routines will it get back in shape the fastest?

My pleasure Jalisa..:)..and hey Hella..i would suggest you to do variety of workouts instead of focusing on just one..and the key is staying consistent..so stay consistent and you will achieve your target..:)..and yes skimble has a lot of workouts for butt..:)..and all the best..:):)
