Hello everyone!... I need guidance about working out that should I workout everyday or leave somedays for rest between them and I have been working out for 6 months so am I ok as u can see my profile pic.... Your advices would be greatly appreciated

You should leave at least two days free so you don't over work your muscles

In my opinion I think you should work out five days a week with a six day as a stretch exercise like yoga, that would be best for you.

Depends on the workout you're doing. I'm a runner, so for me, I can go for a run/jog every day and feel perfectly fine. However, if you're lifting weights, I know it's very important to take days off and let your body heal itself so you can grow stronger. I'm not much of a strength trainer, but I heard you should rest every two - three days.

Yea i lift free weights (4kg dumbbells) so thanks for the advice
