Jason right diet is just as important as working out. You don't have to eat like a rabbit but making smart choices helps.

Mix in a weight training regimine in with your cardio and you should see a difference.

#1 watch your diet and eat right , cardio will not build muscle just burns fat.

I was a fit guy with athletic body shape. But when i quit gym n stopped sports i have been grown like panda from 4 abs i have a belly which dipresses me.
I also started cardio it isn't helping my body is as it is
What should i do??
