In need of motivation

I usually smash the gym however I've had 3 weeks off n need to get back into lifting and working on my abs can anyone help ?

The hardest part of going to the gym is just that initial step out the front door - know what it is you are striving for and just make it happen. Once you get into that routine again it will make it easier to stick to

(For me at least), the hardest part of getting your butt to the gym is putting on your workout shoes. From there, it only gets easier. It helps to set pre goals that are manageable! When I stop working out for an extended time, I'll tell myself that all I have to do is run at least 2 miles, and then I can be all done for the day. I'll keep setting manageable goals like that until I get back into my prime fitness level. Best of luck to you!!
