I need Motivation

A few weeks ago I was the most motivated person ever.....Now since I am starting to see results and people arent calling me fat anymore I have lost my motivation.....I just did a workout but before that one I haven't workedout in about two weeks ... So any help out advice Guy or Female

We are such creatures of habit. Before I had this app I was struggling to consistently make myself do a set of crunches and pushups every other day. I started setting my workout goal at 4 days a week and met that by doing 5 minute workouts. Now after a couple weeks I keep expanding and those workouts have become just part of my daily routine instead of an extra chore or hastle. I got called "trim" today but several people at work and it made me feel so awesome I want to keep working to get really toned and...

Yeah I was like that a few weeks ago were exercising was my life now that I have been getting that look from females and running a little faster and am better physically its like I am less motivated but im still working though

I believe when you have someone pushing you, you can excel. After all that's y pple go to d gym. Lets motivate each other n remind ourselves wen to exercise ....we all need it

You will find some motivation here but really it depends on yourself.... just figure all the work outs you did are now going slowly to waste

I'm exactly the same way. As soon as I see results, I quit. At the very least maintain your current fitness level. remember that. The best thing to do is drag yourself to start the workout. I always find motivation in wanting to finish.
