Looking for good diet and exercise routine for a third shift worker. Help!!
It should be the same as normal work hours, watch your diet, sleep 8 hours and exercise
Are you a third shifter? I'm finding it very hard to sleep 8 hrs lucky if I get 4 any ideas
No I'm not, I used to work nights but that was a long time ago, anyways you need to set your sceduale and figure something out you need better sleep pattern and especially if you only sleep 4 hours. That in it self is not healthy.
