What are some good workouts that will help you in sports like soccer?

Soccer is a *lot* of running (I tried it out for a season) so I would suggest building up your glute and thigh muscles. On this app, you can check out what exercises they have to offer for certain muscle groups. I would suggest to check it out, I know it's been helpful for me.
