You can select 6 exercises for six days and keep doing them till they become easy :) preferably a month. :)
Welll,, i do 12 different programmes on 5 days,, n tht too haphazardly ,,, is it okay ???
It's better to do different exercises or else your body will get used to them and won't benefit as much anymore

You can do diff. Exercises and dont skip a day or a week. Try doing a diff. exercise every 2 days then another 2 days with different exercise. I hope it helps.
