How can I burn side fat?

You lose fat equally throughout your body- you can't target certain areas to burn fat. You can, however, go for a run :) it's a great way to get lean, and probably the fastest way, too. (Provided you stick with it)

High kicks helps burn side fat,as well as dancing

Combine both aerobic and anaerobic exercises. You will also need to clean up your diet - nothing processed, high sodium, high sugar or high unhealthy fats. Make vegetables most of your meals. Try HIIT routines.

A fastest way(comparing with jogging at least), that I know is to go for intense swim 2-3 times per week. Crawl stroke is more suitable. You need to accomplish at least 500 meters per session.
