So it's almost been a month since I've started my "No more games" challenge and I'm down about 10 lbs!!!!! Feeling great at the moment and tired sometimes honestly but I'm pushing myself to its limits and reaping the benefits daily so it's COMPLETELY with it!

Started last wednesday lost 12 pds. But still lost what to do.been lifting in the morning. Trying to eat clean. And starting today im going to increase my cardio.
Started Sunday and im down 3 lbs! Been eating healthy and working out. ive started this so many times (working out n watching what i eat) but i always fail myself. This time im motivated way more and gon stick with it!
