Hey I'm Teigan I am in desperate need of a workout buddy with alittle bit of motivation to help me too! Please help me, I'm kinda lazy and need the motivation, I've been trying to lose weight for awhile now an it hasn't seemed to work that well, I'll lose the weight and the gain all of it right back again. I'm 5'2 and about 185-190 pounds right now. If your interested, please message me or comment on my post?

Hi.me sara.do not get worry.FIrst you need to be determined and focused on weight loss. I beleive determination is key of success.here is a list of things that you have to note and do as well.
1. Walk briskly atleast for 30 mints
2. Donot take white bread or wheat in breakfast. Brown bread is gud.
3. Take 2 glass of water before half an hour in each meal
4.take protein in meal as meat or fish
5. Avoid sugar
I am sure following all above points you will shed pounds
