Hi.me sara.do not get worry.FIrst you need to be determined and focused on weight loss. I beleive determination is key of success.here is a list of things that you have to note and do as well.
1. Walk briskly atleast for 30 mints
2. Donot take white bread or wheat in breakfast. Brown bread is gud.
3. Take 2 glass of water before half an hour in each meal
4.take protein in meal as meat or fish
5. Avoid sugar
I am sure following all above points you will shed pounds
