Hi everyone! :) what is the best workout for biceps? Thank you! :)
To be honest I've been looking for some bicep workouts in the app. But I haven't found anything interesting and hard enough.
However, do some research about some workouts. I do 3 sets of 10 repetitions each of one exercise and then I do another exercise. And I do as well 3 sets of 10 reps.
Basically bicep curls, if you have pull-up equipment. Use it, it's really good for biceps and back and... Hammer curls as well. If you want more, look on the internet, there are lots!
