Can any one suggests me for getting six packs abs I usually go for an hour gym daily in the morning . But most I will concentrate on chest,shoulder,lats, and biceps .

First of all do you need to lose weight/burn fat first?
lower your fat consumption and calories.
Do some cardio and 15-20 min of abs workout...

Me going to gym for getting shape I have required amount of mass on my bones , not excess .
But I am unable to wipe off my tummy fat
