Motivate a friend
I have a friend that wants to change his life so i told him about working out with me so im in a higher level of fitness than him what should i do with my routine should i keep it the same intensity or should i lower it for his level?
Keep it the same, but let him do what he can...maybe less reps, 10-15 sec break for him
I would do it lower. I think it is the best for him
