Is there such thing as too much cardio if i want to gain muscle?

Basically Cardio is good for the heart and losing weight. For muscle building. I suggest lots of protein and sculpting exercises.

Thanks Aj G. Would cross training do both gain muscle n lose weight?

Well I haven't tried crossfit but acc. To what I heard. I builds muscle and focuses on strengthening you. Not so much on losing weight though. But muscles. Yeah. Don't forget muscles are heavier than fat so keep that in mind when weighing.

Sprints my man, sprints and running up hills. Great for burning fat and building muscle.

Lost 10kg in about 6 months by cardio and weightlifting with dumbbells. Having a little bit muscle is great. I usually run on treadmill for 15 mins a day. :)

By building muscles you are also burning the cals and fats...

Keep that in mind :-P
