Ok everyone, I'm getting motivated to be fit and healthy. Starting this month with November challenge: the 1/1 challenge.
100 squats 100 crunches everyday.
Follow this and post results everyday.
Nice clean eating too if you can!

1/1 challenge today done :)

Plus extra push ups to strengthen arms and shoulders and abs workout 20mins.

Breakfast: wholegrain cruskits 

Lunch: salmon sushi 

Dinner: (on the menu) vegetarian wholemeal spaghetti
