So I drank 2 liters of water today first time in forever ate healthier and I already feel better but now im facing late night cravings... what helps avoid those? I tried sleep but it aint happening lol

Trouble with cravings? Then find a proteic gateway. Protein make you shed fat cells faster and lets u have healthy muscles u.u so a Greek yogurt, milk flakes, even nuts are good for that matter. And if you feel like to, and have a blender, you can make a smoothie. Tasty, easily digestible and healthy u.u you're very welcome
