Hi everyone, well I'm getting married in 3 months and I would like to lose 30 pounds but I have no idea how I'm gonna reach that goal... I'll be happy with losing 15-20 I just don't know where to start. Any suggestions people
I have lost 45 pounds in 4 months. Running every other day and then on the between days 20 minute intense workouts on this app.
