I highly recommend weight lifting. If you look at my pics, you'll see I'm not bulky or bulging like a man...women don't have the testosterone levels to naturally get big like men. However, it may be the change that you need. Weight lifting helps to burn fat and build muscle at the same time. Muscle is what creates shape. Try it and I guarantee you'll fall in love with it and the results of it!
Just eat more food preferably meat like beef.and sleep more. Your body is just adjusting to the fact that you're not getting enough sleep and is unmotivated to strive for excesice since it's lacking the recovery time to get back it's energy
I was just like you before. I trained lke crazy every day. To find out that i was getting more fat every week. Whem i touched the 200 pounds. I decided to change something.
So i started a protein diet. In fact its not a diet its just eating well and more protein than sugar and fat.
Now I'm at 170 and i felle great for over 2 years now.
So training is goot but it wont make you smaller.
