I need your help. I'm not here to lose weight!! I want to build up my chest muscles, the area round my hips and my back, because I'm very thin.

Well your diet is the main thing. Lots of protein should be eaten. Workouts should be push ups,hip extensions and squats. If you think that's to easy then do weights with it. I recommend using my fitness pal app to better your diet so that you can reach your goal of gaining muscle.
Back is always tricky so try to do lat pull down and get some dumbells and do some wide rows.
I think you should do some cheast workout with weight
