glutes only?

I need something to push my glutes and maybe hamstrings because I get whole body workouts that don't work that area enough

I do stiff leg deadlifts that target both. Or another is high glute kickbacks. The butt workouts on here are AMAZING!!

I do the deadlifts in the gym, sorry dont know if you have access to weights?

I don't have gym access but I made the weight with help from super creative friend a pipe and old spare half tires (the small ones)
