What do you do when youre sick and how does someone bounce back into their routine after going through the sickness? Day 3 of working out and eating better.

eat fruits for the necesseraly vitamins... even though you are sick try to atleast do some squats just to keep your body in action. and this will also help you to not go more than two days without working out, because then you will get lazy...
