I need to start eating healthy food

Chicken, fruits, nuts, vegetables, etc. What not to eat drink- pop, juice, chips, candy, cake, any fast food including Subway/Jimmy Johns, anything with lots of sugar. These are just a few because too many exist. I'm not very knowledgeable on good foods to eat.

I started 4 months ago by buying mostly fresh fruits & vegetables. Egg whites or oatmeal for breakfast. Start slow & you will get there.

Yes indeed start slow... I went into healthy foods to fast and messed up my digestive system, your body gets used of one thing and takes time to change.
